Some General Questions:
1) How soon do I have to place my order?
The sooner the better. Some of
the more popular items are tents, fountains, and wedding candelabra, so reserve these
early. Tents should be reserved at least 2-3 months in advance. Other items,
usually 2-3 weeks notice in sufficient.
2) Can I place my reservation over the phone?
Yes, with a down payment equal to 50% of
your total order at that time. This can be accomplished by charging it to a credit
card (we take VISA or MasterCharge) over the phone.
3) Do you deliver or do I pick them up?
We can deliver the items, but it is an
additional charge, based on destination.
4) Can you deliver equipment without my being
there?
Yes, provided that we can leave the
items in a secure area, such as a garage or covered back patio. Commercial orders or
unsecured areas require receipted delivery.
5) Do you set up the tables and chairs?
Not generally, but we can, for an additional
labor fee.
6) Do I have to wash the china, glasses, or
flatware?
Yes, all dishes and serving equipment
must be returned clean to us.
7) What if something gets broken?
We charge for breakage and missing items at
retail replacement cost.
