To ensure that your entire experience with RENTAL
MART is an enjoyable one, here's some basic information:
Our prices are
based on one-day/one use charge. This includes delivery or customer pickup the
day of the event (or one day earlier) and return the next business day after the
party is finished. If rental items are needed for an extended time, please call
for special rates.
All items come
clean, and packaged ready to use. Glassware must be returned upright in their
racks and rinsed clean. Dishware and flatware must be returned clean and in
their racks. Failure to return items clean will result in additional charges.
PARTY
RESERVATIONS: Advance reservations are recommended in order to guarantee the
items wanted. We accept them with the payment of 50% of the total order cost.
SECURITY DEPOSITS: An additional "Security Deposit" may be required on certain
rental items; this money is in addition to the total of the rental order and is
refunded upon our receipt of all items in good condition.
DELIVERY AND
PICK-UP SERVICE: Prices are for customer pick-up and return at our store;
delivery/pick-up service is available during our store operation hours for an
additional fee. After-hours, Sunday and holiday delivery/pick-up service is
an additional charge; per hour rate is $25/hour per man with a two hour minimum
charge.
Deliveries are
to the ground floor or loading dock only. There is an additional charge for
stairways and difficult access areas; if this will be the case, our drivers must
phone the office for authorization.
Set-up and
take-down of items is not included in the delivery service; this service can be
provided for an additional fee, but must be arranged at least one week in
advance with the office.
Prior to
pick-up, all equipment must be knocked down and stacked, and dishes must be free
of food and replaced in their delivery containers. Linens should be dry and
refuse-free to prevent mildew and staining, and returned in their containers.
CHANGES
(Additions/Reductions/Deletions): We will try to accommodate any last minute
additions but cannot guarantee availability. Changes can be made without
penalty up until 10 days before delivery or customer pick up. If however,
changes are made at the time of the customer picking up the order, we reserve
the right to charge the full price of all items deleted. If the order leaves our
shop for delivery and upon its arrival it is cancelled, the full price of all
items and delivery charges will be due and payable, whether the items are used
or not. Shortage must be reported prior to the event or the invoice quantities
will be considered received.
REFUNDS: Make
sure to order only what is needed; Unused rental items are not refundable.
All orders, except tent rental orders, that cancel at least 10 days before
customer pick-up or store delivery, can receive full refunds of any money paid.
METHOD OF
PAYMENT: The balance for all rentals is due prior to delivery (or the day of) or
when the customer picks up the order at the store. We accept checks (personal
and company), VISA or Mastercard.
Charge
accounts can be setup for reoccurring commercial clients with suitable credit
references, after doing business on a cash basis with us for at least three
consecutive months. Existing accounts that are more than 30 days in arrears
will be considered on a case by case basis.
